    We send villas free on your dates with real photos, house rules and the full price.

  3. Confirm with an advance

    Pay the advance and get the address, caretaker number and check-in time.

  4. Check in and relax

    Call us any time during the stay if you need anything.

Questions before you book

How do I book a villa?

Send your dates, number of guests and preferred place through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. We share available villas with photos and the price, and your booking is confirmed once the advance is paid.

Do you have day-use villas?

Yes. Most day-use villas are on ECR near Chennai. Check-in and check-out times vary by villa and are shared when you enquire.

Are the villas couple-friendly?

Many of our villas and rooms are couple-friendly. Every adult guest needs a valid government photo ID at check-in.

Can a large group of friends book?

Yes. We have group villas for 6 to around 25 guests. Each villa has its own house rules on music timings and visitors, which we share before booking.

Is food available at the villa?

Most villas can arrange home-cooked meals or a barbeque on request, and some have a kitchen you can use.

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the villa and the season. We tell you the exact policy before you pay the advance.
